    Bayperfect.com provide the secured and fast delivery by using the below mentioned shipping policies:

        When we get your payment for the respective order, then we start processing it and it hardly takes 10- 12 days to send your purchased order to your home.
        We send an email to on your given email address for the confirmation of your order and availability of your desired product.
        We send your product through FedEx, DHL, or UPS because these are the fastest courier services and deliver the order on time.
        Kindly write your permanent home address instead writing any other addresses like PO Box/APO/FPO addresses.

    The number of our clients is expanding on a daily basis and we are getting orders from nearly every part of the world. We have outsourced our product delivery to the finest international courier services. We always deliver the product before the stated deadline. For any kind of information related to your order please email us on our site.

    Return / Exchange Policy
    If you want to change or return the product you simply send your outfit within 7 days in good, selling condition then we will send out the new piece. Kindly keep in mind that no refund or exchange can be given for specially made orders. Also the size and color cannot be changed after the verification of your order as it is passed for manufacturing. If we are not able to certify that the delivery was sent to your mentioned address, we will make a full repayment in conjunction with shipping charges.

    You can certainly try the jacket on yourself for checking the size and its soothing level, but We will only entertain Return/Exchange if the product is returned to us in a re-saleable condition including all the tags and original accessories.

    We do not pay back or not refund by any means for the postage/delivery charges. The delivery charges of any product back to us shall be borne by the buyer. Before mail it through express delivery, please pack it properly like we did, So It can be safe and traceable by both of us. When we received your item at our factory, we will notify you as soon as possible. We strongly advise you that before returning the product you should email our sales office at sales@bayperfect.com so that we can understand your issue.

        For Changes: within 24 hours after order placement, if we will not get a response from your side, we will consider it as confirmed order and we start processing.
        No product, color and measurement changes will be entertained after 24 hours of your product placement and order will go for processing.
        We will detect 25% of your ordered product amount on cancellation of Order request.
